Change in Affilate Membership
Here at Shameless Reading, we’ve always offered product links to Amazon.com for the books we cover - both to make buying easier for you and to earn a few nickels ourselves. However, recent events - including questionable delisting of LGBT and erotic themed books, their newly revealed ability to disappear books from the kindle, and their rescinding of affiliate program membership to partners in certain states - have caused us to diversify our affiliate links. We’re not quitting Amazon entirely, but particularly in light of the shifting terms and availability of their affiliate program, we’d prefer not to put all our affiliate eggs in one basket. Some amazon links still stand, but going forward, we’ll be shifting some of our links to Buy.com and eHarlequin.com.
We’re pleased to report that many titles available at Amazon.com are available at a steeper discount at Buy.com, and they offer competitive (and often free) shipping. We haven’t yet explored the offerings at eHarlequin.com (and naturally, they’ll only be useful for Harlequin and Harlequin spice books) but we hope you continue to consider buying your romance novels through our links.
